Biography: The Odyssey of Joseph War's career begins in mid 2007, where he began wrestling on the independent scene as a reptile themed Luchadore called Kobra Komodo. A'sau didn't catch more than minor attention until he started working for Carnage Wrestling in 2010. He took part of the main event battle royal in Carnage's first show, Underground, though he was not the victor.
After a few matches, Komodo suddenly disappeared from CW bookings. This was because A'sau's real life daughter had passed away due to terminal cancer. Joseph wouldn't be seen again for some time, but eventually returned as 'Joseph War' a vigilante of sorts with a much greater violent streak. After several matches including a tag team bout that pitted himself and Kyra Johnson vs. Tweeder and Phoenix Matsuda, Joseph's mental health would slowly deteriorate further as he clashed with Phoenix Matsuda in singles competition. After Matsuda hit a double foot stomp onto Joseph's head (which was propped up on a wheel rim), Joseph once again disappeared from CW.
Joseph did not reappear until 2016, and when he did his disposition had once again shifted from good-intentioned unstable vigilante to violence obsessed death match terror. On the episode of Chaos just before the We Are Relentless 2016 event, War threw his lot in with Team Carnage by laying out Melody Lennox during the main event. At We Are Relentless 2016, Joseph War lead Team Carnage to victory, eliminating Dazi Miyashita, Wyatt Henrix and "STK" Lucas Silva, obtaining both the most eliminations and the final elimination for his team -- keeping Carnage Ultraviolent in the process.
However, as part of this match Joseph suffered a serious injury. After hitting a Patton's Podium onto Dazi Miyashita from the top of the cage, Joseph worked the rest of the match with a noticeable limp. This would later be discovered as a serious injury to his right knee, and doctors suggested that War take time off. He refused, but after a few weeks the injury grew too severe and he was once again removed from CW events.
In 2018, War attempted a return for the monarchy of Anarchy tournament. Though he was successful for a time, he eventually ate a hard loss as a result of his injury and, after being informed that his ill-advised return had made the injury worse, entered another period of pseudo-retirement.
Carnage Wrestling closed in early 2021. But Joseph War is still here. Still angry. Still hungry. Confused and feeling without purpose now that his home is gone. The itch... the itch is back. He's tried doing other things with his life, he really has.
But it's not enough. It won't ever be enough.

Commonly used to soften up an opponent for an equally devastating Hollow-point Spear, or as a vehicle to get his opponent grounded so he can leap upon them and slap on the Kimura Lock. Finishers
- Hollow-point Spear (High-Impact Spear, sold like he's cut his opponent in-fucking-half. If given time for theatrics, Joseph will slide down belly-first to the canvas, using closed fists to hold his upper body up and aloft. With violent-lust and mania in his eyes and his expression, he will begin barking and chanting threats in various Polynesian languages as his opponent recovers from whatever maneuver or situation has downed them. Joseph will then scuttle/slither around the ring, moving by 'walking' on his closed fists around behind the opponent. Once satisfied he will get up to one knee and then a crouch, supporting the majority of his own weight by grabbing the top rope with one hand. He will continue to bark and chant until just before the opponent turns to face him, at which point he will stand up very quickly and used the ropes to spring himself forward at a bullet-speed sprint in order to deliver the spear with absolutely vicious momentum.)
- Kimura Lock
- Full Metal Jacket (Sheerdrop Straightjacket Spirit Bomb/Driver)
