The first successful step was taken in this Tag Team Tournament as the battle for the gloves rages on. The first thing I want to say is directed toward you, Chelsea. I have no ill will toward you for anything that transpired during or after the bell. You held up your end but were dealt a shitty partner. All that being said I must tell you all just how great it felt to avenge the loss that fell on my shoulders with Mac Bane several months back in pastures that aren’t Level Up. With one victory momentum starts to build as CCPE is stretching their wings within the Level Up brand with names like SEB, Peter Vaughn, Donnie Mason, and Joe Montouri all showing representation on this card alongside Mac and yours truly.
Of course, we’ve got out haters in the mix.
So the way I see it, Bert.
That’s right, you heard me. I’m not a hard man to find, and I’ll come playball on your turf because we all know you won’t go anywhere near mine. Did you want to puff out that chest? You wanted to tell the world Mac and I aren’t leaving with the gloves, right? I assure you if you want to stick your nose in my business I can certainly return the favor and stick my nose in yours. Wait a minute- after all the bullshit that’s come out of that cocksuckers mouth over the week, I believe I’ve made myself more than clear. Your agent, ole Shitmaker can EASILY make this happen for you if he did his job. You no doubt want this, cool. Even though I gain nothing from stepping in the ring with someone of a lower stature such as yourself. The deal is super simple. You get your agent, the HALL OF FAMER, the man with the gift of gab to sign the dotted line and meet me inside the ring, and in turn, I’ll meet you where ever, whenever, against whoever you want to bring to the party.
Run along and tell your agent to do his job. It’s a give and takes business, dear lad.
The ball is in your court, bro.
The days of me placating other people’s wishes and desires are in the rearview unless you’re signed with CCPE because then it becomes my job to keep you happy. I guess that’s why CCPE > ANYTHING Shitmaker.
Now that the light work is out of the way let’s take a few minutes so that I can talk to you, Mac. You and I are the final representation of CCPE within this tournament. You and I both know we have the tools to take these gloves and make them mean something, unlike the predecessors that elected to vacate them and walk away for whatever reasons. The way I see it is two teams stand before us… Our upcoming opponents aren’t one of them. It’s time for you and me to turn up the heat to secure our advancement because every step forward we take serves as another fuck you to the haters that wish they could be us.
Chelsea Sky and that little jumping bean weren’t enough but it’s not like that was surprising by any means when you’re saddled with someone like… damn, what the fuck is his name? I would feel bad about not remembering but when you’re a talent that doesn’t bother plugging your shit I can label you as irrelevant. Chelsea, I hate you got saddled with the insignificant, but the cards have fallen where they may in that instance. I still have the utmost respect for you, and you will always be my internet champion but now Mac and I are going to step forward in the next round for the battle of the gloves.

Las Vegas, Nevada
The Velvet Rabbit Las Vegas
Featuring: Candice Wolf-Page and Mac Bane
We are a little over a month away from the return of the WGWF as our scene opens at the CCPE Arena which is now one hundred percent built and ready for the September 29th relaunch. Our scene opens at the Velvet Rabbit Las Vegas connected to the CCPE Arena itself. We catch up with Chris Page and Candice Wolf-Page as they walk hand in hand through what will be the casino floor of this multi-billion-dollar establishment.
CHRIS PAGE: Think about a row of blackjack, a row of poker tables, slot machines all over the place…
CANDICE WOLF-PAGE: Whoa, whoa, whoa… Hang on babe.
Candice giggles under her breath causing Chris to respond.
CHRIS PAGE: What?
CANDICE WOLF-PAGE: You’re all over the place.
CHRIS PAGE: It’s just the level of excitement running through my veins to get all this up and going. This is our first major project together so it’s incredibly special to me.
My relationship with my wife isn’t rivaled by anyone or anything. She’s the one person on the planet that not only gets me but she wields her power, her level of success both inside and outside of the ring.
CANDICE WOLF-PAGE: Just remember it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
Candice releases Chris’s hand as she observes the massive, empty floor space with visions of the possibilities dancing in her head.
“Hey man!”
The familiar voice of Nevada’s own and Sin City Wrestling’s World Heavyweight Champion Mac Bane is heard echoing out from behind Candice and Chris causing them to turn around where Chris lays eyes on not only the champ, his client but also his partner in the Battle for the Gloves as it’s now being referred too.
CHRIS PAGE: Mac, brother!
Mac and Chris walk toward each other shaking hands.
MAC BANE: How does it feel having more than a few days off the road?
Your soon-to-be glove holders start to walk back over to Candice.
CANDICE WOLF-PAGE: Mr. Bane, always good to see you.
Mac responds in kind.
MAC BANE: The pleasure is all mine, Miss Wolf-Page.
Mac reaches out toward Candice upon the approach. Candice reaches out where Mac takes the hand and kisses the top side.
CANDICE WOLF-PAGE: Do give Amber our regards. How is she after that snake did nothing to render aid?
Mac nods his head as he then responds.
MAC BANE: She’s getting stronger every day. There’s no give-up in here.
Chris chimes in.
CHRIS PAGE: No shit, the one instance I had to deal with her she was a goddamn scrapper. She’s going to bounce back from this setback, and she will be better than ever before… mark my words, what doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger.
Never have those words meant so much within any given situation. In the sense of Level Up, we can direct those words to the success of CCPE advancing in the Multiplayer Tournament with ease… but the easy route ends. We now shift gears and start looking toward the next set of opponents that are going to cross our paths.
MAC BANE: I know that when she’s ready all hell is going to break loose.
Chris takes the time to segway into the business at hand.
CHRIS PAGE: Speaking of all hell breaking lose it felt goddamn great to avenge what I felt was the ultimate letdown by defeating Chelsea Sky and that Mexican Jumping Bean. That lawn dart was the tits, brother.
Mac snickers under his breath before he responds.
MAC BANE: It was pretty dope, wasn’t it?
Mac states with a sly smirk etched upon his face.
CHRIS PAGE: The softballs are done because next week we’ve got to up our game.
Paul and Jack; are the two that in my eyes shocked the world a few short weeks ago by defeating fellow CCPE clients Bam Miller and Peter Vaughn. That alone is enough to make me take notice. Paul, you sir are that second-generation talent just like me. See, I know better than anyone what it means to carve your path versus working off your last name. People might look past you because of your age, but not I. I know better than anyone else while you might be getting your feet wet that if you grew up in the business your old man has been grooming you for years before this one chance moment in time.
You’ve stated that this IS the biggest match of your young career.
You’re right.
You’re stepping into the ring with the SCW World Heavyweight Champion Mac Bane and the Face of Professional Wrestling. Mac is dangerous enough on his own, but not that we are starting to click imagine just how dominating are going to be now. This isn’t either of our first rodeos and while the business is in your blood the experience points rest firmly within CCPE. I’m a by any means necessary guy, so for your sake let’s hope that you dig down deep because I’m going to take you to places you never dare dream was possible.
CHRIS PAGE: Paul and Jack knocked out Vaughn and Bam, that tells me that while they’re both young Un’s they can get it done. If we slip they have the potential to catch us, and the last thing we can afford is this team skunking CCPE.
Mac listens as he looks around the massive space of what will become the Rabbit Las Vegas with his hands resting on his hips.
MAC BANE: Chris ya know, I don’t think we can allow that to happen.
Candice then states.
CANDICE WOLF-PAGE: You both looked incredible last week on EXP. I have no doubts that this will continue.
Chris walks over kissing Candice on the cheek before he responds.
CHRIS PAGE: Thanks, babe.
Mac then asks.
MAC BANE: How are the ribs?
Chris glances at Mac.
CHRIS PAGE: Still cracked but getting better and better every day. It probably helped matters that I’ve had an off week from the ring and have been filming The Assassin for the Splat Network. A lot less travel, a lot less in-ring action but I’m not going to pretend it doesn’t exist.
They say this isn’t ballet and they’d be right. The only thing that heals the body is time, but when you’re north of fifty and only aging with each day your body starts to break down, it starts to speak to you in ways that you never thought knew existed. I know that I have to be careful, I know that I must be even more opportunistic especially when you got clout chasers nipping at your heels… I assure you, I have many!
CHRIS PAGE: We both know what I’m capable of and what I’m not. It’s one of those situations where we play to our strengths.
MAC BANE: You’re not going to have to worry about me. You know I got you.
It’s hysterical to me how people shift the narrative when the truth isn’t stranger than fiction. If I am to be so fucking hated if I am such a waste of time or space then why the hell do the bottom feeders of this profession continue to call my name? Why do they sell me? Why are they dumb enough to follow the trail of breadcrumbs that have been left for you like the ignorant twats you’ve all become? Jackie, you find yourself in the same boat as Paul this go around. I’m sure that you a tremendous when it comes to what you do in between those ropes, but not even you are good enough to box with God… yet.
This is a thinking person's game.
I wouldn’t STILL be on top of the profession at fifty-two years old if I didn’t know what or how to maintain my positioning. Everyone can claim to be the man or woman in your case… but there is only ONE man with his fingers on the pulse of the industry, that has the Midas touch in the sense of everything he touches turns to gold… yet in this case, will lead to a pair of Gloves at your expenses.
MAC BANE: This is going to be the biggest chance these kids have had. They’re going to be hungry, they’re going to want to make a louder statement… until they run into the brick fucking wall that is…
CHRIS PAGE: I didn't know Bam was here.
Chris interjects.
CHRIS PAGE: We’re so good we finish each other’s sentences.
Mac chuckles to himself as he shakes his head while glancing over at Candice.
MAC BANE: How the hell do you deal with this twenty-four-seven?
CANDICE WOLF-PAGE: He keeps a smile on my face.
Chris once again interjects.
CHRIS PAGE: And her honeypot happy.
Chris states with a wink at Candice while flashing a seductive smirk.
MAC BANE: That’s an overshare.
Mac Bane makes a solid point; not about the overshare, but how hungry these two kids have to be. This is one of their first real make-or-break moments against two top names across the entire spectrum of Professional Wrestling. It’s easy to shock the world once… but can you do it again? There in lies the true million dollar question. Success has a price, are you both willing to pay it? I ask you because it’s easy to give the simple answer of yes, but it’s not until you’re in that situation that your actions might surprise you.
What Mac and I bring to the table is a killer instinct.
If and when the time comes to pull the trigger there isn’t any hesitation.
Cold blood runs through our veins more than usual when we have a statement to make. The sands of your hourglasses appear to be running thin the closer we get to bell-time, and the anticipation of finding out just how the fuck you both got past Bam and Peter will ultimately be answered.
CHRIS PAGE: Don’t be a prude.
Chris gives Mac a head nod motioning him to take a walk with him.
CHRIS PAGE: I want to show you something.
Chris, Candice, and Mac start to walk across the bare concrete floor of what will be the Rabbit Casino floor over to a large set of floor-to-ceiling windows sitting next to the Rabbit Vegas are the complete CCPE Arena which will host the return of the WGWF.
CHRIS PAGE: There she is.
Chris states with a sense of accomplishment in his tone structure.
CHRIS PAGE: CCPE Arena, the new home of the WGWF. Can you imagine on our return to the airways if you show up with that SCW Championship and WE show up with those ridiculous gloves on top of my IIW Tag Title and the IIW World Title? Brother, the world is our oyster.
MAC BANE: I knew the smartest business decision I could make was to sign with you and CCPE. This has turned into one hell of a run. We are the focal point of the business, and that’s something you told me would happen almost a year ago. I can’t wait for your relaunch, and to take part in it, and it would be goddamn impressive if we show up with gold from all over the world.
To make that happen the train of success is going to have to continue. When I started CCPE last year I made all of my clients a promise. Give me a year and I’ll change your life. Mac Bane, SEB, Thad, Mark Flynn, Peter Vaughn, and Joe Montouri are all talents that had made their names, and in reality, they didn’t need me… they chose me. My cutthroat mentality, my incredible business prowess, and my ability to transcend the ring.
Television Star, Movie Star, Professional Wrestler, Podcaster.
You can’t go anywhere in this business without hearing my name.
And you won’t find anyone else in this business that backs his play more often than not. While you’re hungry, I’m starving. Being off the road the last week is FAR from normal when I’m accustomed to wrestling three, four, or five times a week while most will settle for twice a month. I hate to sound like an old fuck… but I kinda am, so I’ll say that the work rate of this modern era wouldn’t stand up to twenty years ago.
CHRIS PAGE: We are well on our way. We have to deal with the younger generation while taking that next step. I’ll tell you though, that one win has already started building the momentum that we are going to use to smack the shit out of whoever else stands in front of us.
MAC BANE: What about Joe? There’s a chance that we could come across him.
Chris turns and looks at Mac as he states.
CHRIS PAGE: It’s not the first time CCPE has taken on CCPE, it won’t be the last.
Being the elite of the business also has a price, but we in CCPE acknowledge that there’s money to be made even if it means taking on each other. Need further validation look at Justin York’s Supershow that will see the first and last time meeting between yours truly and SEB. We will tear the house down much like if Dane and Mont advance we will do with them, and exactly like we’re going to do with Paul and Jackie in a few short days. It’s kind of our thing.
CHRIS PAGE: We are on the cusp of shattering all glass ceilings, and you have always been one of the talents I point toward when I’m asked about you at signings or public appearances. Here’s a guy that’s done it all, and he continues to shine. Every minute closer to EXP 30 is a minute that I grow more anxious because this thing with us just seems to be clicking on all cylinders.
When you start getting in a groove as a team you become even more of a threat. Something that makes Mac and I the frontrunners; at least in my own humble opinion, rests in we are accomplished singles and tag teams throughout of storied careers. Right now at this very moment, I am already in possession of a set of Tag Titles. How cool is it going to be to add Level Ups and Pro Wrestling Valors to that equation? Probably not so much for you guys and gals here but us it’s going to further establish why we are the elite and why we will always be better than the world.
MAC BANE: I get it to man, and I feel the same way because with every match our chemistry only grows stronger. Paul and Jack might be younger, they might be quicker, but they will never be better than us. I have no doubts they will bring their shit, they’re going to utilize every advantage they can… nothing beats experience and wherewithal.
CHRIS PAGE: This is our time, brother.
There’s a fist bump between Chris and Mac as we close.
It’s going to boil down to this.
One team wins and advances, and the other goes home. Nobody is walking into this more prepared than we are. This is not only about those gloves but about avenging our fallen brothers. There’s no denying that when the smoke clears and the dust settles that whoever is left standing HAS to be the odds-on favorite.
… and that team is CCPE.
