"Are you nervous?"
Opal, Sister Sins oldest friend asked as she reached for her bag off of the airports conveyor belt and then slung it over her shoulder. Sister Sin had known Opal since they were ten years old, both in the same orphanage together for three years until they were adopted by The Montgomerys, one of the richest families in Seattle Washington.
SISTER SIN: "What would I be nervous about exactly?"
Sister Sin asked as they made their way through the busy airport. Even though things hadn't really changed much after being locked up at Highland Park for the last three years, everything seemed different to Sister Sin. The smell of the air, the taste of the water she had sipped out of the bottle she was holding, it all just seemed different.
OPAL: "Well it's been three years since you have stepped foot outside of that facility, and now you are immediately stepping back into the ring with a new company."
SISTER SIN: "Three years and you never bothered to come see me once and now you want to act like you care about how I am feeling or if I am okay."
Sister Sins voice was full of anger and hate as she opened the large door exiting the hallway and stepped out on the the busy sidewalk, people looking at her in confusion as she had her small outburst towards Opal.
OPAL: "I told you, Dr. Spencer said I was a bad influence, one of the reasons you always had out bursts and he wouldn't let me see you."
Sister Sin took in a deep breath knowing Opal was right. It wasn't her fault she never came to visit, Dr. Spencer hadn't let her have any communication with anyone from the outside during her three years at Highland Park. To be honest though there wasn't many people to visit her except for Opal. Her own family, The Montgomery's, had adopted her not out of love, but for publicity so they could look like a happy family in the spotlight since they couldn't have children of their own. They were not aware of the many psychotic breaks Sister Sin had before adopting her, even though it was against the rules the orphanage kept it quiet to rid themselves of what they called a "Plague". They couldn't simply return her either, the media would have a hay day and the after match would be more than they could bare.
SISTER SIN: "I know. I'm sorry I don't mean to take it out on you. I'm not nervous, but it is a lot to take in."
A long black limousine pulled up in front of the airport and a driver wearing a black suit stepped out smiling at her.
DRIVER: "Well Amber it has been a very long time, but it is so good to see you."
He walked up to her grabbing her bag and hugged her. He was an older man, but he had been her driver ever since she was adopted by the Montgomery's. The truth was she spent more time with her than the Montgomery's themselves, and he was as dark and as twisted as he was. She remembered all the stories he shared with her about his time in the service, the things he had seen, and even the distain he shared with her about the Montgomery's themselves.
SISTER SIN: "It's great to see you Lucious. I was hoping you were still employed by the family, I don't think I would have liked any one else picking me up this morning. I'm sure they are in no hurry to see me are they?"
Lucious shook his head as he threw her bag in the trunk shutting it and then made his way around the back door opening it for her as she climbed in. He slid into the drivers seat and rolled down the window separating them and looked at her through the rear view mirror.
LUCIOUS: "I suppose they are not since my instructions are to take you to the hotel right out side of the arena so you can start prepping for your new job at Level Up. I did come prepared though, everything about the place and your opponents is in that folder next to you."
Sister Sin grabbed the folder and opened it inspecting the contents page by page as Lucious began driving to her destination.
SISTER SIN: "Have you seen this Brandon Hendrix in the ring?"
LUCIOUS: "I have, and he is going to be no walk in the park during your debut match. It's a skeleton key qualifying match, all the details are there if you keep reading. But you will have to outsmart him in the ring because you will not over him. He is Six foot sis, and is two hundred and sixty six pounds and as twisted as you."
Sister Sin let out a sinister chuckle as she continued reading.
SISTER SIN: "Oh Lucious has it really been that long that you have forgotten just how twisted I truly am. But I do see you are right about one thing, out smarting him is the only chance I have since this organization apparently doesn't follow weight class rules."
LUCIOUS: "There is a lot of things Level Up doesn't follow, so you should fit in."
OPAL: "He isn't kidding look at this place, it's pretty hardcore, and this Brandon Hendrix is one of their biggest stars."
Opal said reading the files over Sister Sins shoulder.
SISTER SIN: "We just have to find a way to break him Opal. When we get to the hotel we can do some more digging and see what we can come up with."
Lucious looked at Sister Sin in the rear view again.
LUCIOUS: "Ahhhh, Opal I almost forgot about her. She has always been there for you hasn't she?"
Sister Sin smiled looking at Opal sitting next to her and shook her head.
SISTER SIN: "Always except for when Dr. Spencer wouldn't let her visit me at Highland Park. But one thing at a time, once I am through with this Brandon Hendrix and have shown Level Up who I am, Dr. Spencer will get what is coming to him."
